The Spa Benchmark Program was designed and funded by Intelligent Spas, the only 100% independent research company specialising in the spa industry. The research methodology incorporates self-fill surveys, telephone surveys and extensive desk research.
Spa facilities are requested to complete the survey and the responses are compiled to establish industry totals, averages, trends and forecasts. Individual responses and participant's names and contact details are kept strictly confidential.
A report of the survey results is published and the proceeds are used to cover the costs of conducting the research and to support ongoing spa industry research.
